We want to know when we fall short. First, raise a concern with the attorney handling your matter. If that does not resolve it, submit your complaint in writing to Keith G. We will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days of acknowledgment. You may also contact the New York, New Jersey, or Florida bar's attorney regulation office at any time. Fee disputes may be eligible for the bar's fee arbitration program.
